This 280,000m2 vertical mixed-use project sits at the heart of Manila’s busiest roadways, with over a million passengers traveling past the site each day. As a live, work, and play concept for the master plan, we were appointed as the lead retail and podium architect for the project with an area of 85,000 m2. Our team took a pragmatic approach for positioning the project, with an emphasis on extracting key drivers from the site context analysis and deep research into cutting-edge market trends.
