RETAIL METAMORPHOSIS!
We embarked on an intensive redesign of this building after it was bought by our client in 2012. Façades and interior planning had to be fundamentally adjusted to modern retail use in sync with tenant approaches and discussions. We quickly knocked the retail plans into shape for leasing purposes. Escalators, bridges and mall circulation were improved and rationalized. The façade and exterior plazas were re-imagined as well as a new branded “Park” identity for the development’s prime road frontage. The centre successfully opened 16 months later, fully leased and bustling with young, lifestyle shoppers
