A powerful social and cultural destination where shopping is carefully woven into the cultural/leisure, work, eat and play fabric of this exciting community orientated development. We take an innovative new design approach, based on social, industry and global trends to future proof the retail podium, by fusing community, local culture and commerce seamlessly together, to provide a unified Legacy brand identity across both the retail podium and residential building plots. The designs reflect on a series of destinations and features which strive to activate public spaces, enhance the circulation, and create diverse lifestyle experiences. The story line and interior decoration celebrate local culture, a café society, boutique styling all on a human scale reminiscent of the tight linear lines of the surrounding community and it’s social culture.
