A RELAXING RETAIL RESORT
Riverside Plaza connects Bangkok’s Anantara riverside hotel to its partner, Avani Hotel. The 20,000 sq.m. retail podium sits enviously near the riverside in Bangkok’s growing Thonburi district. Our vision of a “Retail Resort” is designed to relax the architecture and interiors and create a casual lifestyle hub that appeals to hotel guests and locals alike. The mall was planned to optimize the layouts/visibility of all shops and emphasize the great mix of restaurants under the client’s brand. A sloping glass façade towers 4 storeys high above the main entrance, with integral green walls and shaded seating terraces. At the mall’s heart is a major stage/VDO/event space with weekly changing events.
